Title:State veterinarian, associate professor
Research area :Infectious diseases, small ruminants, sustainable livestock production
I am mainly doing research and capacity development. My main research interest is to understand why only some animals exposed to pathogens become infected, and why only some animals develop disease. My research aims at providing a sustainable livestock production through improved animal health in Sweden (cattle, sheep and goats, reindeer) and in low- and middle-income countries (sheep and goats).
